How To Shop Online
Welcome to Aveda Online. Shopping is easy, convenient and secure.
Step One:
Find the product you wish to purchase.
Step Two:
Click on "Add to Bag" to place the product in your shopping bag.
Step Three:
Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the quantity of any products you wish to purchase, up to a maximum of 6 of any single item. Read more information on our Maximum Purchase Policy here.
After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. An email confirming receipt of your order will arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please CONTACT US or . For fastest service, please have your order number available.
Using the shopping bag
Click on "Shopping Bag" on the upper right side of the screen to display a list of items you selected to purchase, the selected quantities of each item, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.
Removing items from your shopping bag
If you wish to delete an item from your Shopping Bag, simply go to "Shopping Bag" and select the "Remove" button. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.

Offer Codes
Steps for Redeeming Promotion Codes:
- 1. Enter your offer code (codes are case sensitive) on the "Checkout" page
- 2. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear.
When an offer code is accepted, the offer will be displayed in the "Order review".
Applying an Offer Code
To successfully apply an offer code to your order, you will need to be signed into your online account with email address and password.
Before entering your offer code, please fully read the Terms & Conditions associated with the offer/promotion, to ensure that your order meets the qualifying terms to be applied.
Only one offer code may be used per order and offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including but not limited to sale items, new launches, gift sets, limited editions.
NOTE: Offers cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the qualifying promotional dates. Any orders placed before the start, and after the expiry of the offer, will not qualify for the offer.
Troubleshooting
Please ensure you are signed into your account at the time of placing the order before entering the offer code.
Check that your order does not contain any sale items, new launches, gift sets, or limited edition items.
Please ensure that the offer code being applied is formatted correctly, e.g. be aware of capital letters and any special characters.
NOTE: Offers cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the qualifying promotional dates. Any orders placed before the start, and after the expiry of the offer, will not qualify for the offer. If an offer does not appear to have applied to your order, please check your order qualifies before completing the transaction, as this will not auto-apply after checkout.

Gift Wrap Service
Gift wrap service is available at "Checkout" as a seasonal option during Christmas period.
If you wish to have your Aveda Online order gift-wrapped, simply click on the "Gift-Wrap" option during "Checkout" and follow the simple instructions. The gift-wrap charge will be added when you return to "Checkout".
Please note: Multiple items within a gift order will be presented as one gift package.
Tax Information
All prices indicated for products available via the Site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the delivery section of the Site.
Selecting colour online
This site is best viewed with Netscape or Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600. Please note that monitors display colours differently based upon their settings.
