Throughout the month of April, the Aveda network unite for their Earth Month clean water campaign, taking action to benefit our planet and its people.

Since 1999, our global network of salons and stores, with the help of our generous guests, have raised more than $AUS 16 million for Earth Month projects at home and around the world.

For Earth Month 2010, Aveda will support Global Greengrants Fund, the world leader in making small grants to grassroots environmental groups around the world. All proceeds donated to Greengrants will be used to support projects that protect people's rights to clean and safe water, specifically in areas where Aveda sources ingredients.

Everyone deserves clean water. Join us for Earth Month 2010.

AUSTRALIA WALK FOR WATER

Save the date: Sunday 18th April 2010.

Join the Aveda network for a 6 km sponsored walk and help raise money for clean water projects.

The following walks will take place around Australia on 18th April (Sunday) 2010 11am:

• Melbourne followed by organic BBQ (100% of proceeds goes to Global Greengrants)

• Sydney followed by organic BBQ (100% of proceeds goes to Global Greengrants)

• Perth

• Brisbane
