How to shop online
Welcome to Aveda Online. Shopping is easy, convenient and secure.Step one:

Click on "Add to Bag" to place the product in your shopping bag.Step three:
Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the quantity of any products you wish to purchase, up to a maximum of 6 of any single item. Read more information on our Maximum Purchase Policy.
After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. An email confirming receipt of your order will arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us by email or call 0800 054 2979 for assistance. Click on "Shopping Bag" on the upper right side of the screen to display a list of items you selected to purchase, the selected quantities of each item, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.Removing items from your shopping bag
If you wish to delete an item from your Shopping Bag, simply go to "Shopping Bag" and select the "Remove" button. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.
We are pleased to be able to offer 95% availability from Aveda's basic product range. This excludes online exclusives and promotional offers.Temporarily out of stock
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock, you can click 'email me' to be alerted when the item comes back in stock. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose. Occasionally a product will be completely out of stock, in which case we advise customers to visit one of our Aveda salons or spas. Find Stores.Please note:

Maximum purchase policy
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than six (6) units of any item with a maximum purchase of £500 per customer.
Steps for redeeming an offer code:
1. Enter your offer code (codes are case sensitive) on the "Billing" page
2. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear.
When an offer code is accepted, the offer will be displayed in the "Order review".
Gift wrap service
If you wish to have your Aveda Online order gift-wrapped, simply click on the "Gift-Wrap" option during "Checkout" and follow the simple instructions. The gift-wrap charge will be added when you return to "Checkout".Please note:
Multiple items within a gift order will be presented as one gift package.
All prices indicated for products available via the Site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the delivery section
of the Site.

For your security and to avoid any fraudulent transactions, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Selecting colour online
This site is best viewed with Netscape or Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600. Please note that monitors display colours differently based upon their settings.
