This is my first purchase of Damage Remedy, but it definitely won't be my last. My hair was suffering through colouring and daily use of straighteners. However, now it is healthier, sleeker and shinier - and less brittle. You really only need a tiny amount of this product to see amazing results! It glides through my hair and only takes a few minutes to work its magic.

pros:
I have extremely fine and wavy hair and have tried so many intense conditioners it is untrue. Many leave my hair weighed down or flyaway, but this is simply perfect. Only a very small amount leaves my hair silky, smooth and in excellent condition. Other brands I have tried have needed using more than once a week for a decent result, this needs using only once a week and the deep condition results last right through until the next usage. I can not recommend this item enough!!

Like other customers, I have tried a number of treatment products to repair hair damaged by colouring, blow drying and using straightners. This is by far and away the best, and the only product I use now. As a special treat I'll use it as a hair mask and wrap my head in a towel for a bit...creates lovely shiny hair!

pros:
I have fine, wavy, flyaway hair which has been damaged by using straighteners. This product transformed my hair. I use a tiny amount on towel dried hair, put on a disposable shower cap & then wrap my head with a warm towel for 10 mins. The result is incredibly soft, shiny hair, with a lovely natural bounce, which looks in much better condition & smells great. One of the best conditioners i've ever used.

I have been usng Aveda products for a few years now. I just love Damage Remedy Intensive Restructuring Treatment. I usually use it once a week after shampooing and try to leave it in for a few minutes. Afterwards I really notice the difference. My hair feels softer and detangled. I wouldn't be without it.

My hairdresser recommended this product a few years ago and I loved it. Although quite expensive (for me) it lasted ages and made a difference to the condition of my hair which is fine and tinted with lowlights. When it ran out I decided to try less expensive conditioners but never found one that matched it. I am now back using this one and it really is the best.

Im mixed race and found it hard to find a suitable damage control product without it being too greasy. This one worked perfect after using it for the first time there was a lot less breakage. It was easier to comb and not as brittle. I left it in for 1 hour the first time, if your hair is really bad leave it in for longer than it says on the pack! However since the first couple of times of use may hair hasn't been as break free, as if, my hair is slowly becoming immune to the product..ahh!!!

I went online over the Christmas break to try to fine SOMETHING that would de-fuzz my very curly, fine hair that I totally damaged last year with blow drying and hair straighteners and saw the amazing reviews for this product.I can say it really works. Now, instead of a mass of fuzzy hair, it is shiny and the curls hold together (I also use Be Curly Curl Enhancer (creme)).Definitely a great product for damaged hair!!!

I have used this product for many years, it is an excellent weekly treat for your hair! I have very fine, colour processed hair, which tends to go fizzy at the ends. After using this product, I have no fizz, my hair is shiny and so soft. It makes it very manageable and feels in very good condition, which is important especially after regularly colouring your hair. It is the best I have ever tried, it does not weight your hair down, it's tangle free and smells divine.

Before using this product I tried an array of conditioning treatments for my hair. All of these treatments seemed to repair my hair on the day I used them but a few hours later the damage was there again! I started using the Aveda damage remedy collection last year and have never looked at another conditioner since! My hair has went from being weak, dull, damaged and lifeless to strong, shiny and healthy with NO split ends! It does exactly what it says on the bottle! I would highly recommend this product, it is brilliant!

I had this recommended to me by a friend after I damaged my hair with bleach and straighteners. I can only describe it as MAGIC! pros:
This would be my top recommendation for damaged dry hair. Acts like a really intensive (but not thick and gloopy) conditioner, which leaves hair really noticeably soft and ultimately stronger I think. My hair doesn't break or split half as much. Can't go wrong, especially if you've used too much heat on your hair too often, or styled too much, or over-coloured.

I use this product once a week, leave it on put warm towel around head, if I need extra conditioning I put plastic lined shower cap on under towel, leave on 10-20 mins (I have been known to leave it on overnight, but it doesn't seem to make any difference to the overall effect). Rinse off and you're left with lovely soft hair that is so easy to style. Great product

I have colored and lightened my hair so many times this year that I found myself needing to find a product to repair it (I used to do hairdressing).So I obviously turned to Aveda seems as all of their products have worked wonders for me.After the first month of putting it on once a week you could deffinately tell the difference. I had been looking for a damaged treatment for years, and my searching stopped when I found this product. My hair was very weak, even was not strong enough for dyeing, but this product changes everything! I used this treatment two times and went to my favourite hair salon for re-style my hair.
