pros:

This helps my lips stay in good condition AND it is all-natural AND has SPF in it. It's the only 'premium' product I am willing to pay for regularly. It does get a little more difficult to apply when it's cold, but just put it in your pocket for a while to warm it up if this is an issue for you.

Best lip salve ever

pros:

This is better than vaseline or any other lip salve I've tried. It's incredibly moisturising and leaves your lips feeling soft and supple, helping to heal any cracks or rough patches. The SPF is also very protecting. It is a great base for lipstick, helping them to last much longer through the day (or night).

Initially I was very hesitant to pay £10 for a small chapstick but after reading great reviews on this product I decided to delve deeper into my Aveda addiction. Let me just say that the good reviews of this chapstick didn't do it enough justice. It is simply AMAZING. The moisture is instant and lasts the entire day. Unlike other chapsticks I never feel like I have to constantly apply it, just once before bed and once in the morning does the trick. The truely remarkable bit about this chapstick is that one tiny tube has lasted me 3 months already and isn't even halfway. When you consider that you'd have gone through multiple tubes of other brands in the same period of time £10 doesn't seem pricey at all! Fantastic product.

Simply the best lip moisturiser I have ever bought. Doesn't just put a layer of balm on to last a short while, needing several applications throughout the day like most lip salves, this one actually seems to heal and nourish deep down and I find only need to apply once or twice a day and don't need to panic if ever leave home without it. My lips feel really smooth and hydrated and lipsticks/glosses all look much better. All this and all natural - thank you, Aveda, x

I have used lots of lipsalves over the years, but this lipsaver is the best that I have tried. Although the cost seems higher that normal lip salves, it is worth every penny and you will not want to buy cheaper products again. I find that 1 lipsaver lasts me about 6 months and I use it everyday.My lips never dry out now and are soft. I love this product

pros:

Having read the other reviews for this lip saver, I decided to give it a go, although thought it was a little expensive. I am over the moon with it!! It smells lovely (cinnamon in there somewhere I think!) and has a good texture when you put it on, it's not clorty or slimy, it just feels nice! Certainly keeps lips from being dry. With hindsight, think it'll work out to be quite economical as have been using it constantly for about 2 weeks now and hardly any of it seems to have gone! Will be buying again.

Luscious Lip Saver!!

I love this and have been using for some years now! No other lip balm I've tried works as well and I always come back to Aveda for the Lip Saver. It is fabulously moisturising and softening without being gooey or tacky plus the SPF15 is a bonus in the summer.I can't imagine being without it!
